A major highlight came in 2023 when his phenomenal hen “Liselotte” won the 1st National Issoudun against no fewer than 27,061 pigeons at 585 km. A performance of international resonance, etched in the books.
“Liselotte” is a 100% Van de Wouwer pigeon. On both the sire and dam’s side, the legendary Kaasboer line runs deep. This close friendship and cooperation with Gaston Van de Wouwer became the cornerstone of multiple victories. Beyond Liselotte, several other 1st prize winners were bred directly from Van de Wouwer bloodlines.
